"Strategies & Methodologies for Implementing the Great Commission through T.E.A.M." God has blessed this great body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ under the banner of Northern. This district believes in Teaching,Evangelizing, Affirming our Faith and Ministry. My hope and prayers are to reclaim many of our churches and add many more. Our job in the Northern is to aide or assist the Men of God (Pastors) and the people of God (Churches) in Kingdom Building. There is a fresh wind blowing, come and experience it with us. We have something for all MINISTRIES and all ages. Give me a shout. "The Man of God for the Men and People of God"

Dr. Carl P. Small's parent's are The Rev. Dr. Edward Small and Mother Tereatha (Turner)(deceased) Small. He has three brothers in the ministry Rev. Charles E. (deceased), Rev. Anthony L., Rev. Michael D. Small and Two sisters Carol Y. (Small) Robinson & Sharon Small both working in the ministry.
